PROTESTS

A. Rider protests, such as complaints of course cutting, un-sportsman-like conduct, etc., must be made first to a Track Official.

B. Protest must be made by a member in good standing.

C. Any infraction of a rule or dispute over finishing position must be made within twenty (20) minutes of their last moto.

D. All protests, whether a rider, machine, or rule violations, must be clearly written and must be presented only to the Referee or Track Official and must be accompanied by a PROTEST FEE of $25.00. If the protest is found valid, the PROTEST FEE will be returned to the person making a protest. If the protest is not valid, the PROTEST FEE will be forfeited and given to the person under protest. An Official may protest without any fee.

E. Any Interruption of the SCOREKEEPERS during a race with a protest or complaints is grounds for DISQUALIFICATION.
